Born in Brooklyn and raised in suburban New Jersey, Chef Mark often watched his mother and grandmother prepare traditional Italian dishes which fueled his love of good food and inspired him to learn to cook.

Inspired to cook by her Greek “Yia-Yia,” Chef Maria graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute in 1997, leading her to chef positions throughout California including Skywalker Ranch, Hess Collection Winery, and Silver Oak Winery (Alexander Valley).
A culinary adventurer with a passion for global cuisines, Chef Lauren studied and worked in Barcelona before returning to the fine dining scene in her hometown of Chicago and, eventually, Phoenix.

After high school He attended Johnson and Wales University where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts.

Chef Jessica brings not only knowledge but a passion for international cuisine. While traveling throughout Asia, she picked up flavors and techniques that reflect culture and tradition. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Chef Jessica came from a supportive family that allowed her to pursue her passions.
One of the top New York personal chefs since 2003, Chef Janaina is a feisty Brazilian “food whisperer”, lovingly coaxing her ingredients to create culinary masterpieces for Big City Chefs’ private clientele from Manhattan to the Hamptons and beyond.
Combining her degrees in hospitality management and culinary arts with a true passion for Southern hospitality, Chef Holly has worked in restaurant kitchens of many Southern food cities including Richmond, Va, Charleston SC, and Corolla, NC.
