Chef Bio

Cooking with a Mediterranean-Fusion Style, Chef Michael creates innovative dishes that will excite any palette. Raised in England, and inspired by travel, he combines his private yacht and Michelin restaurant expertise to provide an unforgettable dining experience for you and your guests. Freshly baked artisanal bread, pasta, Sushi and Now residing in New York City, Chef Michael has trained at renowned restaurants Per Se, Daniel and Nix, giving him the skills to serve at the highest level.
