A first generation American who became obsessed with food from an early age, binge watching PBS cooking shows and flambe’ing bananas foster when his parents weren’t home to yell at him. Worked on a cruise ship, private luxury train, numerous luxury hotels in Beverly Hills, and health food concepts.
Born and raised in New York City, surrounded by lots of family, great food and an early appreciation for the power of sharing a meal at the table together, Chef Peter has since cooked at Michelin-starred Nopa, Spruce. and Cavallo Point, as well as The Village Pub in Woodside.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I acquired a interest in cooking in 2005 while living in the Bay Area, having worked at two Michelin Star restaurants: The Village Pub and Trevese.
