A Culinary Arts graduate of the esteemed Art Institute of Las Vegas, Chef Oscar boasts more than a dozen years in the restaurant industry and six years as a private chef. From the West Coast to the East Coast, he has cooked at notable restaurants including Café Central in El Paso and Mediteraneo in Federal Hill, Rhode Island. He is dedicated to, and passionate about, producing creative and innovative dishes that use meticulously sourced quality ingredients for our clients, working closely with them to combine emerging tastes, trends, and flavors to shape customized menus into a unique dining experience.

If I were a spice, I would be…
Chili Margarita….this spice is like a sweet smoked paprika but with lime. Perfect for poultry and all types of seafood.

Whole Foods is great but I have my own Fish Monger and Butcher located in West Palm Beach.
What I love about cooking and hospitality…
I simply love food period! All types of cuisines but what I love about cooking is using my technique and seasonings to bring out the most flavor of the dish. And I love making people happy through my cooking. Every dinner is a new experience.
