I love the sense of hospitality and that magical moment when someone takes a bite of food you cooked and you can see them close their eyes in pure enjoyment. I started working in restaurants when I was thirteen and fell in love with the industry. At fifteen, I left high school and worked my way through the ranks of the restaurant business. I opened my first restaurant in 2018, and the rest is history.
I started cooking at a young age with my grandparents and my mother, and as a teenager, I fell in love with kitchens, catering, and knew I wanted to become a Chef. I spent most of my career working in Miami and was lucky to work with James Beard nominated chefs.
I grew up in Michigan and went to culinary school in Chicago. I’ve worked with many high profile clients and spent a lot of time cooking on luxury charter boats all over North America. I’ve cooked many different cuisines and dietary restrictions and cannot wait to cook with you!
A Marin County native, Chef Katie specializes in holistic, healing, natural foods carefully sourced from small local growers and purveyors.
I have more than 20 years of culinary experience currently, working as a private chef for clients for the past twelve. I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, trained in several Michelin-starred properties in France, DC, SF and Miami.
With years of experience in high end restaurants, catering, and cooking for celebrities, Chef Syd is our Southern California sushi expert, a popular culinary instructor, and expert in resident events ranging from brunches to happy hours, always creating new and unique menus and ideas.
With a twenty-year career in Food, Beverage and Hospitality, our Mixology Expert and Catering Chef Bobby R focuses on balance, trends, education, concepts and the overall execution of a fully realized Epicurean and Mixologist.
After exploring the cross-cultural food scene in Berkeley as a teenager, Chef Stephanie fell in love with every type of ethnic food she could find, and she never looked back.
As a private chef and professional culinary instructor, native Chicago Private Chef Tom brings the heart and soul of his Midwestern roots to the table.
