I grew up in Michigan and went to culinary school in Chicago. I’ve worked with many high profile clients and spent a lot of time cooking on luxury charter boats all over North America. I’ve cooked many different cuisines and dietary restrictions and cannot wait to cook with you!

Okay, it’s technically not a spice, but it would be garlic. Happy for your heart, and who doesn’t love garlic?
My favorite local purveyors, artisans, and farmers:
I use Specialty Produce a bunch! They are local and really in tune to what we in the chef community need. I also have a great garden and use my own chickens here in Ocean beach whenever I can. I also love checking out my local farmer’s markets here in Ocean beach and around San Diego.
What I love about cooking and hospitality…
I’m big on community. Food brings us together. I am happy to be a person who can bring people together and build up the community we all need.
