Chef Bio
I grew up working in kitchens since I was four or five years old, washing dishes in my grandma’s restaurant. I’ve built my knowledge and skills throughout the world; anywhere I can find an adventure on the planet, I’ve been there finding inspiration. I’ve worked with such chefs as Enrique Pujol, Jose Andres, Maritza Taylor, Greg Fox and many others, all of which gave me the unique tapestry which is my cooking style.
