A Culinary Arts graduate of the esteemed Art Institute of Las Vegas, Chef Oscar boasts more than a dozen years in the restaurant industry and seven years as a private chef.

I grew up working in my family’s Vietnamese Banh Mi shop and Asian grocery store. My mom taught me how to cook, my dad taught me how to run a business and being first generation American taught me how to hustle.
