I started cooking at a young age with my grandparents and my mother, and as a teenager, I fell in love with kitchens, catering, and knew I wanted to become a Chef. I spent most of my career working in Miami and was lucky to work with James Beard nominated chefs.
Chef Natalie’s Caribbean and African American Heritage can be tasted throughout each dish she makes with love. She started her career in the restaurant industry but soon found herself in demand by the likes of some of the world’s top executives, celebrities and high profile moguls.
Since 2000, Big City Chefs has been a national leader in staffing hand-selected teams of elite private chefs and exclusive restaurant chefs for luxury culinary experiences including dinner parties, private cooking class parties, mixology gatherings, and weekly chef services.
