I started working in restaurants when I was thirteen and fell in love with the industry. At fifteen, I left high school and worked my way through the ranks of the restaurant business. I opened my first restaurant in 2018, and the rest is history.

With a twenty-year career in Food, Beverage and Hospitality, our Mixology Expert and Catering Chef Bobby R focuses on balance, trends, education, concepts and the overall execution of a fully realized Epicurean and Mixologist.
Chef Saul combines his native LA roots with formal culinary training and Michelin-pedigree restaurant experience in the Napa Valley. His culinary creativity and enthusiasm complement a fun and lively personality.
Chef Jessica brings not only knowledge but a passion for international cuisine. While traveling throughout Asia, she picked up flavors and techniques that reflect culture and tradition. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Chef Jessica came from a supportive family that allowed her to pursue her passions.
