Chef Bio

At 6 months of age I was aboard my fathers ship he was commanding while in the United States Coast Guard. I was baby sited by Senator Gerald Ford and his wife Betty. While working as a chef at the Four Seasons Biltmore I had the honor to cook for President Reagan. In 2003 I enjoyed the honor and privilege to cook for Julia Child on her 90th birthday.

What I love about cooking and hospitality…

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a dish I prepared come back completely empty. That is more rewarding than any monetary gratuity.
