Chef Bio
Hello! I’m Chef Guillermo, a passionate private chef born in Venezuela. I graduated with honors from the esteemed Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2022. My culinary journey has been enriched by extensive experience in fine dining, particularly in Indian, South American, and Italian cuisines.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I relish the opportunity to share my culinary expertise with others, helping them learn and grow in their own culinary endeavors. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is connecting directly with clients during tastings and private events, creating memorable dining experiences tailored to their tastes.
Beyond the kitchen, I’m an avid triathlete committed to clean eating and using the best ingredients. This dedication to health and quality is a cornerstone of my cooking philosophy, ensuring that every dish is not only delicious but also nourishing. I look forward to bringing my passion for exceptional cuisine and personalized service to your table.
