Ever since I was young, my passion has always been cooking. In 2005, I graduated from the California Culinary Academy and began working in restaurants with celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Alton Brown, Rick Moone, John Church, and Brian Howard. Before arriving in Las Vegas, I worked in restaurants throughout Southern Calfornia, including Newport Beach, Laugina Beach, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. Here in Las Vegas, I’ve worked in kitchens at Mandalay Bay, Cosmopolitan, and Planet Hollywood.
Now in my mid-30s and married family man, we travel around looking for new culinary inspiration wherever we explore. In my down time, me and my wife love to host dinner parties for all of our friends and their kids.

If I were a spice, I would be…
Pickling spice, because you can pickle almost anything from egg and meat to veggies to create so many different flavors and textures.

What I love about cooking and hospitality…
Food and cooking brings together people from all walks. Without food we can not survive and live a healthy life.
