An avid reader and collector of vintage cookbooks, Chef Kevin returned to his Dallas roots after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. In Dallas, he's earned the privilege of working in some of the city's best kitchens, including celebrity Chef Tom Colicchio's Craft at the W Hotel and The Oceanaire Seafood Room.
He has also had extensive experience as a private chef, showcasing his skills and dedication to his craft to fine dining clients in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex. He looks forward to cooking for you.
