I have The 4 Day Diet, also by Dr. Smith. There is a recipe for Kickin’ Cabbage Soup, which is absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, I think it the only recipe in the book that does not provide calorie, carb or fat content. I’m trying to keep track of this while I’m dieting. Could you possibly help me out?

Hi Amanda, how strange that the nutritional content was not provided in the book. We’ll try to find this info in our vaults to see if that was one of our recipes. It’s been a while since we worked with Dr. Ian Smith on our last project. If we can locate the info you need, then we’ll post it here!
