Restaurant Group Executive Chef Joins Big City Chefs Team
SAN DIEGO, California - Big City Chefs,
the country's first nationally positioned personal chef service
provider, has announced that Chef
Nathan Slovatizki has joined
its growing team of executive level personal and private chefs.
Slovatizki recently headed up the kitchen as Executive Chef
at Tupelo,
one of the Cohn Restaurant Group's acclaimed downtown San
Diego eateries, and previously worked as Sous chef with San
Francisco celebrity chef Michael Mina at Aqua
Restaurant at the Bellagio in Las Vegas as well as at Wolfgang
Puck's Spago
and Emeril Lagasse's New
Orleans Fish House.
